Meli bee Honey is totally unprocessed honey. It is never heated and is lightly filtered so it still contains pollen, propolis, and sometimes small bits of beeswax. It’s full of minerals, enzymes and antioxidants. All the goodness the bees put in.
The bees forage on flowers year round in Hawaii so the flavor is constantly changing. We just flow with the bees and offer you what they bring us.
The main blooms we rotate through during the year range from Macadamia nut, Christmas berry, Lehua. All with slight subtle differences. We label them all under “WildFlower”
All Raw Honey will crystalize, place jar in warm water to reliquary.
Honey should not be consumed by infants.
This Jar is labeled 3oz that is by weight. The Jar size is 2oz by volume
This is shipped in plastic jars to ensure you don’t end up with broken glass.
